Well this was Fi's first real year to trick or treat, and that girl had a blast. Mikes parents met me at Donna's (oops sorry) Deedee's house, so i could get Fi dressed up. She went as Ona from the Bubble Guppies (for those of you who are with it, Bubble Guppies are mermaids & mermen?- its a kids cartoon). So as I wasn't able to find an actual costume, I made one for her. I think it turned out pretty well.

She was pretty excited before we started, and we have been working on knocking on the door and saying trick or treat. She was doing good at knocking and saying Treat. Pretty darn cute! So after trick or treating at Deedee's we went and had a happy meal then on to Ashley's house. We all took the girls out trick or treating not expecting either of the girls to last more than 2 or 3 houses. Poor Kendal was so tired from her Halloween party at daycare. But let me tell you, those girls really surprised all of us. They made it around an entire block. We easily hit 20 houses. Fi kept wanting to go up to the doors of even the houses that weren't giving out treats. At one house (which these people did a really great decorating job) she was all, Momma Spooookyyyy (I draw it out because that how she said it, with a very cute spooky voice too). That was making us all laugh. Kendal was just as cute as can be, Ashley didn't put her back into the chicken costume - she hated that one, so she put her in the cute outfit she had for the pumpkin patch and I loved the little witches hat. I forgot how fun doing this can be. Fiona got lots of candy and stickers thanks to Gigi and Poppy.

Ashley and I have discovered how hard it is to get both the girls to look and smile at the camera at the same time.
