So sorry its been so long since I last posted anything. It is really amazing how fast time flies when you have a wee one. So lets see I guess the main thing that has been happening to us is teething. Ugh! Boy what a time we have had. So the first tooth came in a few weeks back, it is the front bottom left tooth, then just last week you could see the tip top of the second tooth - the front bottom right tooth. It is mostly visible now, we've had lots and lots of drooly days and a few fussy days where only mama was allowed to hold Fi.
We have also said our first word - Mama!!!
So happy about that. At first we weren't sure it wasn't just sounds but Mike was in the tv room with Fiona and she looked towards the door - I had left the room a few minutes earlier - and she cried MAMA, I peeped my head around the corner and she smiled at me. Then a little bit later she did it again. She loves to talk all day long it is bababa dadababa dadamamadada, I think we are going to regret wanting her to talk when she is older, but for now it is really sweet.
Fiona had her 9 month checkup yesterday - Oh lord my sweet baby girl is 9 months old - she weighs 19 lbs 15.9 ounces and is 27" tall. She is just doing wonderful. She didn't have to get shots but she did get a finger prick, she did really well except for the finger prick - which she got a snoopy bandaid for and played with that for awhile. 
We had her Easter pictures done just this last week, so I will post those as soon as they come in.
