Well she finally made it! She has been trying for a while now, but last night my sweet girl did she rolled over. I layed her on her tummy and she immediatly hiked up that leg and got stuck on her side like she has been doing, then she fell back on her tummy. I grabbed my phone since my camera was in the other room, and started taking pictures. She hiked up that leg again and over she went. I was so proud and so happy that I practically cried, of course I had to text everyone like the proud momma I am. 
She was so proud of herself when it happened. So were her momma and daddy!
