Christmas

Christmas just keeps getting better as she grows. This year - you may have already seen, we had a Elf visitor who stayed with us until Christmas morning. Every night Teo - our elf, would go back to meet with Santa to give his report for the day, and every morning when we woke he was in a different spot. She loved running around the house trying to find Teo. She misses him now that he is gone, but is happy to know that he will be back soon.

We had a big snow early this year, ugh I use to love snow when I was a kid but not anymore.

Poppy got out a sled he had been working on for the girls.
Unfortunately Fi refused to ride it.
But Poppy sure did, and he had a blast.

Frozen snow angel
Mike got on the sled to have some fun too

EOS

Thanksgiving Day our EOS (Elf on the Shelf) arrived by special Post from the North Pole.

We named him Teo. Since then Teo has found lots of hiding places.

Going for a ride with piggy and bunny

Last morning before he went back with Santa, he brought Fi a gift. He found this little puppy on his way back to our house after giving Santa his nightly report and knew just the perfect girl that would love her.

Santa Pictures

We took Fiona to see Santa right before Thanksgiving - we were hoping to avoid the long lines. During dinner at Sabarro, Santa walked right by our table. Fiona's eyes grew to the size of saucers, looking at me whispered Momma! Did you see him! That was Santa!

Unfortunately the elves were having technical difficulties with the computer so Santa told the kids stories. He is a really good Santa.

She was so HAPPY to see him!

Family Pictures

A couple of weekends ago my sister and I arranged to have her do family pictures of my family. Thankfully we didn't wait until too late, as not long after these were taken we had snow!!!
Getting pictures done with a 3 year old is more difficult than you would think it is.

At Play

Have I ever mentioned how much my daughter LOVES the park? I wish there was one closer.
