Jeep Driving

Today my family had a little get together since my Aunt Terri and her family were here. Since it was such a nice day out and she did so well on driving her 4-wheeler around, we decided to see if she would drive her jeep.
At first all she wanted to do was get in and out and let Minnie drive.

So we thought we would get some cute pictures of her and Kendal in the jeep. Aren't they just cute? They will have so much fun next summer.

And now she finally takes off in the Jeep.

Although that pesky fence just kept getting in the way.

All Hail Princess Fiona

So I bought Fi this really cute crown to play with (hoping that she would leave my headbands alone - silly me) Anyway so this is how my little princess likes to wear her crown.

So today after getting my hair cut I had to do some laundry and my sweet little girl had to help. Here are pictures from her helping - too funny not to post.

Up until now Fi would just push the go button on the 4-wheeler and run beside it. She finally sat on it when making it go. Now she drives it all over the deck but hasn't figured out the turning the wheel part.

August - Longest Month Ever!

Well just to start August was the longest month I can ever remember. 1st (and this is no surprise to anyone now) Mike found out he had skin cancer. He had the surgery and everything is good. But let me tell you he is NOT an easy recovering person!  2nd school started - Thankfully Mike is in his last semester of actual classes, he will graduate this December with his Bachelor degree and then go on to the teaching program next year.  3rd we were soooo busy this month, it just seemed to drag by.

It rained during the night, so while we were waiting for Nanny & Papa (Mikes Parents) for the morning pickup Fi just had to splash.
