Vacation

Well this vacation bites the big one. We have all been sick. Argh I hate it when your vacation is ruined by sickness. Ok so enough of me belly-aching. So our vacation started out pretty well. Mike, Fi and I went over to my sisters house to go swimming. We loved it, we had a blast. I really want a pool when we get a house! So Fi loved swimming, at first she was a little afraid to be let go of but after we gave her the blow up turtle, she was all about swimming.

What made it an even better time was that she got to play with her baby! (Baby cousin Kendal that is)

Mothers Day

Well Mothers Day was a pretty perfect day as far as I am concerned. We had brunch at my grandmothers (Donna’s) house and after Fi got up from her nap, she and Mike took me to the mall. They bought me a gorgeous bracelet, the kind you add beads to over time. And we played on some of the kiddy cars and ate pretzels and just walked around spending time together. Loved it! It was a nice relaxing afternoon with my two favorite people.

Mamoo

So my daughter LOVES and I MEAN LOVES my mom’s dog Molly, she has even renamed her Mamoo. It is just too cute, she won’t leave the house in the morning without saying Bye to her and blowing her kisses. She will run all over to find Molly, sorry I mean Mamoo. 

Funny thing is I think the love goes both ways, when Cass comes over and plays with Fi, Mamoo will bark at him for messing with Fi – Love it!

Eating like a big girl

Well it is amazing to see the changes that has happened the last – almost 2 years – but the last has been pretty astounding. Last year this time Fiona was barely eating normal foods, she was still mainly in babyfood and didn’t really like anything else. Well take a look at these pics and you can see how much she has grown.

 This was May 18^th last year – She was so messy that she went right into the bath after dinner!

This is May 3^rd this year – She is eating a hotdog, fries and corn on the cob. Seriously can you believe how much she has grown!!!
