First Haircut!!!

Well it happened, Fiona got her very First Hair Cut!

She actually did really good, I went in with expectations of only being able to get her bangs cut but we were able to get and actual cut. The lady did a really good job. She gave Fi a bob that left her hair long enough for me still to be able to put up pigtails. See all of the pictures here.

Oh the funny things they do

I have no idea why but after lunch one Saturday afternoon Fiona takes the cloth I was washing her up with - after I had rinsed it out - and just carried it around in her mouth. She didn't suck on it or chew on it, just held it in her mouth. Now she thought she was just so funny (which of course she was!).

In and Out

Fiona loves her chair! She will get in it turn around and get out, she will go over the arm and stand up in it. Here are pictures of her playing in it and a really cute video of her playing in it.

This Family is SICK

Ok seriously First about a week after Fi's birthday she got Bronchitis, poor baby just did not feel well at all.

I get her well and doing good and I get it, then 2 weeks later Mike comes down with it.

Hating this baby gets sicks = everyone gets sick. But at least Fi is better I really hated her being sick.

Fiona's First Birthday Cake

She got covered in cake and I mean COVERED! The girl had to have a bath it was so bad. She was clapping along when we sang Happy Birthday to her. She did pretty good, it took her a minute or two to know what to do with the cake but she did eat a little bit. Here are pictures from the cake eating event.

Fiona's First Birthday Party

So Yes I know I went all out on my girls Birthday Party. She is totally worth it. It was actually a really great party. Family and lots of friends came, I was actually surprised and pleased at how many people showed up. She got lots of presents and of course she loved the bags and wrappings most of all.

Fiona's Very First Birthday!

Yep we spent it in the Doctor's office getting shots!

Poor girl, she got her 12 month shots, she did really well, only cried for a couple of minutes. Then we stopped by Braums on the way home and she and I had some Orange Sherbert. She LOVED IT! Couldn't keep her out of it.

July 4th & Fireworks

Well the 4th came and went and Fiona did really well. On Saturday the 2nd we went to my friends house for a party. Fiona had a blast. Chase and Josh had some pretty great fireworks, I really thought the loud ones might scare Fi but she loved 'em. Then of course she was more interested in the brick wall behind us, or staring at people, or playing with coke cans.

On Monday the 4th we went out to Mike's Parents (Karen & Roy) they had several family members over. We didn't end up doing fireworks because it was just so dang hot and dry that we were really worried about catching the woods on fire. (I

can totally see us getting in trouble for starting a forest fire on hobbs!)
