Mornings

Mornings are so fun! Fiona definitely takes after her daddy, she is hard to wake up. A couple of mornings it has been so bad that I got her dressed before she woke up. But oh oh she loves to cuddle in the morning, I love it so much - I hope she never grows out of it.
This is just so sweet, I laid her down on the bed to get her dressed, and she scooted her self up next to Mike and was trying to go back to sleep next to him. Of course mean ol' momma had to get her up, but not until she got a couple of pictures first.

Swimming

Yep as you can see we went swimming! In the kiddy pool of course. Fi loved it!
and heck who could blame her, water - fun, outside - fun, toys - fun, splashing grammy - fun, splashing grandpa - fun, splashing momma - fun, splashing daddy - best time ever!

She loved the Mickey Mouse Lawn Chair Grammy & Grandpa got her

And loved eating the shark that would swim around the pool!

Movin and Shakin

Ok so my girl loves this funny crawl! She uses one leg up and one under her to push herself off and crawl it is so funny - when I figure how to post videos I will post the video of her moving around the living room.
She has been getting more curious lately - not that she wasn't before - but now she moves from room to room on her own. I will be folding clothes in the bedroom and she is playing in the TV room with Mike keeping an eye on her, next thing I know, I hear a "She's headed your way" Look around and there is her little face peeping at me around the door frame and in she comes. Man you gotta love it!

She loves to help Momma and Daddy by getting Daddy's shorts out of the drawer for him (whether he wants them or not!).

Picnic

Well we had our first family picnic last Sunday. Fiona Loved it!!! She loves being outside and this was perfect. We went down to Prarie Creek park area and my grandmother Donna had a big blanket set out under this really shadey tree. It was perfect, the tree helped keep us nice and cool while there was a light breeze - at times was kinda windy - it blew our plates and food around a bit. We set Fiona's toys out on the blanket and she played with Grace and Joel for quite sometime. Here are several pictures I took.
Mike and I took Fiona down to the water so she could get in the lake, we only let her get her feet wet since the water was soooo cold. Think she had fun in it.

NOT IN THE BATHTUB!!!!!

Yep that’s right, it's what you think it is. My angel pooped in the tub Monday night. I was even getting ready to get her out of the tub and that sweet girl looks at me and starts making that face, you know which one I mean. The one where she starts really concentrating and squinches up her sweet little face, that’s when it happened.

There was poop in the tub! Talk about rushing around trying to get toys and baby out of its range, it was like that scene from Caddyshack where the candy bar is in the pool. That’s how I felt, of course now a couple of days later I just laugh at how funny it was.

The NO Game

Ok I have to say it, this game bites! So Fiona has figured out the NO game. She loves to play with the computer tower and the faucet in the bathtub – this she wants to chew on. Well of course we tell her “No” and she just looks back at us and smiles really big and does it anyway. Of course we don’t let her and boy howdy that girl pitches a fit! I am not sure how long this stage goes on for, but I don’t like it!
