35 ~ 36 weeks

Well, I forgot to post my picture last week so I thought I would go ahead and post it now.
Here is me at 35 weeks

And here is me at 36 weeks, we just keep getting bigger and bigger!

I know, I know, looks like I swallowed a baby whale. Actually I have been doing pretty good on the weight gain, I was seriously afraid I would gain 50 or 60 pounds, but I have only gained 11 so far! (now mind you I was a good size to start with) When we saw the doctor last week he told us that Fi probably weighs about 5 pounds, so if she is gaining the average 1/2 a pound a week, then she will probably weight about 7 pounds when born.
My feet are so so so swollen, yes I am drinking a ton (and having to pee a ton) but oh my poor feet, I am starting to wonder if they will outgrow all my shoes. As it is I only have a couple of pairs I can still fit into. Oh my poor canoe feet!!!
So far I haven't had any of the nesting urges you read and hear about, so who knows maybe they hit later when you are closer to being ready. I am washing all of her things today, I am not sure why but I was really nervous to wash anything of hers, maybe it was a fear that if I wash them she will come. Who knows.

34 1/2 weeks

Tired, tired, tired. Did I mention how tired I am? I feel like I haven’t slept in a week but I actually slept in all weekend, took naps and everything! Well I am 34 1/2 weeks and I only have 5 1/2 left. When you actually put it into words its kinda freaky to actually think that in less than 6 weeks time I will have a little miniature person to take care of... Oh lord!!!

Ok freaking out done, I am over it. So I have decided that my sweet Fi has a punching bag in there with her, she kicks and punches all the time. I know it isn’t actually punches or kicks but just her moving around since she is getting so much bigger I feel all the little movements now, but sometimes I swear it feels like she is punching!!!

As promised here are a few of the photos from my baby shower that my sister and aunt gave me. They did such a wonderful job on it. I’m not sure if there was an actual theme but as I am going with pink and purple butterflies for Fi’s bedding and everything, they decorated everything in pink and purple with butterflies added in. I loved it!!!
My sister took all the photos. If you want to see all the pictures I’ve included the link to my photo album at the bottom of this post.
